This branch is very beautiful, its prices are different and excellent, and the food is delicious

the worst restaurant i have ever dine in waiters are so disrespectful they are looking to the ladies and waiters giving wrong information about the courses the food is totally cold we have asked to heat it he bring it back more cold when we report to the manager he totally ignored us we asked about a salad if does it have pomegranate the waiter told us it comes with pomegranate unfortunately the salad is plain if we buy from grocery store will cost us 1 riyal and it’s the same the salad has no flavor and the waiter is disrespecting us and he’s saying the we are lying that he didn’t say it has pomegranate the manager was useless i don’t know how did the HR employed him that he have lock of knowledge and he doesn’t know how to treat his customers we have payed more than 400 riyal with no service and the food is not fresh i wish the management will see my comment and contact me , i know they will just ignore us coz they never care about any customer, to be mentioned when i asked about the customer service number no one willing to help me and no one of your employees talking to me and helping with the problems we have faced i was a loyal customer for 5 years and after today i’ll never ever go to the place again at least some of you would face me and talk to me like a hospitality industry

A restaurant in every sense of the word is bad. I asked them for chicken casserole, the worst chicken casserole you can taste. Salt meat shawarma is more than meat ? I ordered lentil soup and cream soup, I swear to God, watered with the best description I can describe it... Honestly, the best thing they have is their decorations because it is a new restaurant, and the most important and the most difficult and no parking. What's wrong with them is orange juice, the only thing that tastes good to them

The restaurant is great clean and the food is even better. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant is the worst. Kids crying and screaming, and adults screaming. This place may look like a fine dining experience, but it’s more like day care. The waiter is the worst, when I added something to my order, he didn’t write down. This results in him missing up the order. Food:7/10 Service:3/10 Dining experience: 2/10

positives: kind staff and good service. large menu with a variety food highlights: meat iskander, taboula, laban ayran negatives: the seating area is too enclosed, it feels like you’re trapped. no option for non-partitioned tables. the meat awsal and kebab are nothing special and overpriced. Wanted to try soups but only lentil soup was available.
