The hotel is situated on a busy street; however, the room is equipped with soundproofing, making it very quiet. The staff at the front desk were very cordial and went out of their way to assist me. housekeeping can be improved.

My stay here was excellent, courteous and very friendly staff, especially Mr yaseen, he was so courteous. The hotel is clean and the food tasty. Overall I had a nice time. InshaAllah will love to stay here again. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬

The hostess, in particular, made our experience truly memorable with her warm hospitality and attention to our needs. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for a delightful stay, and we are grateful for her kindness. We look forward to returning to this haven of luxury and charm in the future. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the outstanding staff at this hotel, especially Meshari and Hana from the front desk, Joud from the reservation office, and Sameh from the concierge. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication significantly enhanced our stay.
