This hotel is a total scam! They are breaking the law by not allowing people to check in. Receptionist with a big smile on his face said- U can call the police, they will not do anything anyways. What kind of treatment is it? And btw, their non smoking rooms are full of smoke smells, so be ready to inhale the smoke. Such a bad experience! 👎

Its the worst hotel i have been in. Location is excellent but the service is worse. I ordered in room dinning for dinner and gave two hour notice to deliver at 8pm. They delivered at 830 and the food was overcooked. When i mention it, they did not even apologise but just told me to leave it outside room. No courtesy and no proper service. After rain, water leaked into suite room which was located in 5th floor. How can a 5 star hotel have water leakage into room issue? Totally unacceptable and this is not 5 star hotel

Visited the ifthar buffet at Almultaqa Restaurant. - Food variety was ok, but definitely not 5 star standard. - Food taste was not up to the mark and i could easily say other warwick hotels in GCC had better food spread and was able to hit the right spot on the taste buds. - Waiters, i dont know where to start, they seem to be hired on a temporary basis, even so they need to be sent through training. - Worst of all is their reservation handling, i had reserved for a table of 4, they couldnt find it but they were entertaining walk in and finally i was given table thanks to one of the waiters who had the courtesy to assist us. Not at all what i expected from the Warwick chain of hotels, standards here seems to be sub par.

Outstanding Iftaar meal. The buffet spread is amazing. The only concern is the way the service staff treats are not professional. Maybe due to Ramadan Rush before Iftaar. As many patrons like us came without reservation so they were trying to handle all but couldn't. However the main reason was when you call the hotel board line number, firstly they don't pickup in one call in second call it was answered and when I enquired the guy told me no reservations were needed it's just walkin. Whereas the service guy said that reservation is very much required in advance.

Very polite and friendly staff. Neat and clean place..good wifi with smart tv. bed is small queen size and not so comfy. Only one thing I didn't like was the bathroom hose was leaking because of that the bathroom was always wet.
