Well it is was a horrible experience. The room was empty from towels and robes and we had to ask about every single basic thing to have in our room. The reception will not answer in the first five minutes. The car when we ask to be ready by the call from our room, they went down and we got shocked by the fact no one had an idea we asked for the care to be prepared. The food service will take around 3 hours to prepare one club sandwich. Would I recommend this hotel? I will never do, and I would recommend avoiding it.

I am currently staying here and super satisfied uptil now! The rooms are super clean with great facilities, staff is very helpful and responsive. Loving the stay over here. Will further update my review when we check-out!

The atmosphere is quite calm and pleasant, especially the service. The steak that you can see in the image was one factor that caused me to give it a 4. Also the resturant manager [Mourtada] I truly appreciate him was very helpful in the service. Definitely need to return here and give it another shot.

I will start with the positive. The staff is superb, top notch. The food is good, but unfortunately the facilities are poor. Swimming pool with hot water in it, you can not swim. Jacuzzi now working, steam room, not working. Overall experience - this is not what should be qualified as 5 star hotel. It’s a shame, but no more.

To be honest, I didn't have the chance to stay in the hotel, but I got to know a dedicated and disciplined employee from the hotel staff his name is Arif Ali, to be honest, Arif is a very loyal, responsible and honest person he is giving support without return. If I went to Khobar anytime soon, I'd never think twice, about getting my reservation in VOCO, because I know by heart that this hotel is selecting a valuable staff like Arif Ali. See you soon VOCO al Khobar.
