Velvet Hotel Jeddah

Rooms are good , but without kitchen, option for kitchen available in higher side

Unfortunately I have to revise my 3 stars review to one after being in the hotel for 5 days. Hotel location and price are excellent. Also it’s clean. Service in the other hand is terrible. I normally do not require room cleaning but here I needed them once just to empty trash and change the towels once. Two days in a row with the sign to make the room p, they simply ignored. Then I left a message at the reception last day, aging simple ignorance, Yet sometimes you hear room vacuuming and cleaning around midnight which is very noisy. Things to improve: general maintenance, safe in the room not working, and I hope one day windows can be open even slight bit so AC is not required all the time. Try to avoid south side rooms as the view is blocked by new building (just meters away)

It's the worst customer service hotel I have ever stayed in. Lack of understanding of the basics and very slow responses. Until now, I am waiting to receive my recept.

Very bad food. Items finished before time. No refill. Not to recommend any one.

Very good Iftar and sahoor buffet in ramadhan
