I booked a two-day stay at a beach hotel but only stayed for one day. When I requested a refund for the unused day, they agreed to return the money,However, instead of providing an immediate refund, they asked for my bank details to process the transaction. Despite providing the information, they have been delaying the refund without providing any specific reasons. This incident occurred during Eid 2024, and despite their assurances, they have yet to transfer the remaining amount. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when the details of any deductions remain unclear. It's been frustrating to await resolution for this matter.

Hotel is near to restaurants and corniche. Room is clean too and but in the morning, typical and it will more OK if they offer more food choices.
