I stayed here for 105 days total. It was a rocky start with plumbing issues and construction across the street. Which was constant at 4:30am every day. At first, staff was unavailable, and communication was a big issue. While that got better, the issues got worse. They decided to upgrade all the rooms except mine. They repaired the roof for a week and half of intolerable banging on top of construction across the street. They do not service the rooms daily. You're lucky if it is weekly. The grocery store closed. The edible places to eat are on the other side of the highway and not in walking distance. McDonald's is close. Same with shopping. You will need a car. The rooms are not entirely clean but acceptable. The fridge was broken, as was the stove, blinds. So it was not worth the money I paid per month, sadly $3800 1br. I wish I had moved right away, but I didn't want to go thru the hassle. They were good about asking for money the second it was due but not real good about giving you your money's worth. Not did they give any warning about construction except to lie about when they would stop it. 11:30 at night only to begin across the street at 4:30am.
