Staff is super friendly and helpful. The airco in my room didn't work properly, so they gave me an upgrade to the suite. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all facilities necessary. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Dusseldorf in the city center.

Just WOW!! Our suite with balcony was amazing, staff were amazing and just a wonderful introduction to Dusseldorf. We will be back ♥️

A really nice luxury hotel. There is live piano playing in the afternoon with high tea. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.

Amazing place. The staffs are super friendly and nice. The bar here is top notch for the price and the cocktail 🍹 & beer 🍺 selections are just amazing

This is home away from home and I have an awesome home. The room and space in the apartment is large and well decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped for most people’s needs and the dishwasher and laundry is a great for cleaning and long stays. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for tourists. It is in the mix of things in Alstadt. Will highly recommend to anyone looking at accommodation in Düsseldorf.
