As a current guest at the hotel, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. Despite booking an executive suite with a partial view, I was dismayed to find no view whatsoever from my room. Additionally, I had specifically requested one bedroom with two single beds and another with a king bed, yet both rooms were furnished with king beds. Communication with the staff has been a major challenge. Whenever I try to address the issues at reception, I am directed to contact the reservation team, only to be redirected back to reception. This lack of coordination is incredibly frustrating. Moreover, there is a concerning lack of security in the rooms, as there are no locks, and the staff seem unable to provide keys. Despite numerous assurances that someone would come to address these issues, no one has shown up, and my attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. As a current guest, I am deeply disappointed by the disregard for guest comfort, safety, and communication at this hotel. I sincerely hope that these issues can be promptly addressed to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests. Room: 828 currently Update: My recent stay at Taiba Suites has been marred by disappointment and frustration due to several issues regarding room allocation and the overall level of service provided. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that the rooms I had booked, which were supposed to have two single beds and one double bed each, were instead furnished with double beds in both rooms. This discrepancy between the booking and the actual room setup was a significant inconvenience, especially considering the length of my stay (15 days). Despite promptly bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, my concerns were initially brushed aside, and I was left feeling ignored and overlooked for four days. This lack of responsiveness and accountability was deeply disappointing and made me question the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. When I finally managed to speak with someone regarding the issue, I was met with further disappointment. Not only was there no effort made to rectify the mistake and provide the rooms as originally booked, but I was also informed that any alternative room options would come at an additional cost, despite the hotel having availability This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and tarnished my overall impression of Taiba Suites. As a paying guest, I expected better communication, accountability, and a genuine effort to address and rectify mistakes. Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell far short of my expectations. In conclusion, I would caution future guests considering a stay at Taiba Suites to be wary of potential discrepancies between booking expectations and reality, as well as the lack of responsiveness and accountability demonstrated by the staff.

The problem is that there are apartments in the same building owned by private individuals, that rent the rooms out cheaply to people that have zero courtesy, who smoke in the corridors and eat on the floor in the corridors (and more than 10 to 15 ppl in one of those apartments). Management offered no compensation for the inconvenience despite my taiba suites apartment smelling of smoke all day and causing headaches to my asthmatic kids. Nice rooms let down badly by this issue. Also drilling in the building at 8am. Stay elsewhere

Booked a room specifically for its view of the Prophet’s Mosque at a premium rate of 1,400 riyals per night, only to be given a room overlooking a side garden (but it is rather a cement circle that i hardly managed to take a photo as the window is sealed) check the photo. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with the reception staff, the situation remained unchanged, leaving me deeply disappointed. The hotel failed to deliver on its promise, and the staff's inability to provide a satisfactory solution was frustrating. The internet connection isn’t stable , the stuff isn’t friendly at all and hardly to find them when you need help , check the photo of their empty reception . This experience significantly impacted my stay, and I hope this review helps others be aware of potential discrepancies between booking expectations and actual accommodation. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

Edit*( the only reason I’m giving the service 3 stars and not 1 how it originally was is because there was only one employee named Saddam Hussain who actually helped us out how ever much he can and I really appreciated it) I am not one to write reviews never did but my experience here has been pretty bad so far and I’ve been here about 28hrs I checked in with my family of 6 yesterday around 8pm into a family suite with haram view 3rd floor room 331 (with microwave) and from the beginning there’s issues The floor was still dirty I had that cleaned and they were still changing pillow covers even after I checked in much later than the check in time I would expect a hotel to be ready by check in but that’s ok I didn’t mind I loved the room the main issue was the electricity was not working they were apologetic and I appreciate that and they moved me to the 14th floor room 1401 to a suite with less beds and city view for the night telling me they would get me back to haram view with the same amount of beds next day and upgrade me There is no upgrade more of a downgrade First of all I waited all day the next day without unpacking because I didn’t want to bother them I thought they remembered till nightime I went and reminded them about the room they said they would transfer me to Which is whatever They finally did room 1231 And now this room has no microwave My original room I paid for had a microwave So I kindly called them and asked for one They did nothing So I called again and again and again Still did nothing Kept apologising and I was trying to have patience but truly it is horrible service I mentioned many many times that I travelled with my grandparents and they are sick and I need to reheat the food it’s getting late but its always the same response-nothing just apologies on apologies looking at the reviews I’m not the only person experiencing this type of service I would have stayed in the 14th floor with the “city view” even though most the windows were facing another buildings wall But like I mentioned my grandparents are sick and sometimes they won’t be able to go downstairs to the haram so I got haram view so they can atleast see it through the window Looking at these reviews I doubt this issue will be fixed nor will I receive compensation I honestly just want what I paid for that’s all So just a warning for everyone this may be the experience you receive And I hope this review helps them reflect and do better.

Very bad service from the start. Your booking might get canceled and you will definitely would not get a room like you want to, and you will be so disappointed that you cannot get a room there, which will make you feel like any other 'positive' aspects of this hotel dissatisfactory. Turn back now before anything like this happens to you or especially to your family who you want them to have a good experience and REST in Medina. I cannot pinpoint the cause of this issue because I don't work there, their way of operating is off somewhere.
