My breakfast experience was amazing, the hotel had a beautiful view . My experience was more positive because of the staff, very helpful and friendly especially mashael Alzhrani, she was very kind and sweet . The breakfast was fresh and tasty .

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view of the restaurant and excellent cleanliness. The restaurant staff, without exception, are highly professional, cheerful and hospitable, and make the customer feel like a guest in their homes. The food is special, their baked goods are delicious, and the prices are quite acceptable. I hope that they will open an open buffet for lunch at least on Friday. I am very grateful to brother Hassan who always smiled, as he was the first person I met on the first day of Ramadan. Keep the good work Up

This only just nudges a 5 star. The staff and facilities are excellent. There are a few issues that have been commented on by other reviewers which I won't repeat. But how on earth does a new hotel get built without water traps to prevent smell coming in from the drains. Either poor design or shoddy work.
