Not very clean as expected and we had many mosquitoes inside our room my sons got mosquito bites all over the skin. Behavior of the receptionist was also very rude and unpolite. Only location was near.

It took them more than 30mins to check us in. There were other people waiting since more than an hour. Room was very small for 3 beds. Carpet was dirty, washroom was very tiny and SMELLY. The toilet seat was broken, asked them to fix it, the repair man came and he said this cannot be fixed. The room safe was not working they could not fix it either. The air conditioning in the room was so loud you cannot sleep in it. Room service is not 24 hours it stats 9am only. You have to pay for water bottles. No room slippers. No bathroom mats. Very congested hotel. Bathrooms are tiny. The staff was not so welcoming. in the 3 bed room, there were only 2 cups for tea, we asked for another cup and they said we only provide 2 cups.. Only location is good but every hotel in the area has good location.

Very small rooms, even though we needed a triple bed, we got 4 beds which made the room even smaller. You can not even walk in the room, this is how tight it is. Cleaning is not that great, you need to explicitly ask for your room to be cleaned. Clicking on the clean my room button does not help. Need to inform the receptionist. Location is convenient though.
