I can hear every single car on the street from the room. It is so noisy that I can't sleep. The personnel is not helpful. Wi fi does not work in the bed, only in some parts of the room. This is a very poor hotel, there is nothing close to Swiss standarts except the name. I don't recommend this hotel at all, find the one that cares about the guests.

I would suggest to pay more attention to cleaning section and the training .. however, my experience was good

Very Good location. Rooms are too much good condition as per pictures. The Hotel staff is very good and have professional behaviour. Staff is too much good and polite and supportive. When i go to riyadh i will like to come again in this hotel.

Good Hotel in General and the rooms are cosy, the receptionists are very nice, but the maintenance is poor, the house keeping response is bad..
