Private members club, but don’t despair the hotel attached has a discrete garden perfect for coffee and cigarettes. Ask the security guards where to find the hotel entrance.

At $600/night was looking for better service. I also had food poisoning from the fillet at the restaurant, spent the night morning suffering from both ends. We requested a late checkout as I was literally unable to get out of bed which was extended till 1:30pm. We were then threatened by hat we would have to pay for another half day. Just a lack of empathy that they have poisoned a guest, and they’re just worried about their cheque. Breakfast not impressive and coffee also not great. Disappointed.

Exquisite and brilliant architecture. This is a landmark to be seen for those that love and appreciate the older gems. Breakfast was alright, and the service could have been better.

Had a lovely stay in the hotel. Customer service is great, always available to help. Enjoyed the restaurant/cafe as well plus the garden and view is very pleasant. The gym is probably the nicest I have seen recently and even has Pilates equipment. Location is perfect, in a cool neighborhood and with lots of restaurants/cafes to explore. Definitely would be back if in Istanbul again.

A dream stay in this hotel which is more than magic. The staff were lovely. The rooms are wonderful. The clubhouse is just sumptuous. If I could, I would have rate it 6/5!! Bravo
