Loved it Easy check in and check out was really easy, rooms were clean, slightly on the older side. Shower was great. Concierge and rooms service was reasonable. Underground parking is available but slightly tight. May be a an extra walk for older citizens but manageable.

In this hotel, The AC and Fridge doesn't work properly. The rooms are OK but when it comes about the facilities in the room like the Ac and the fridge it doesn't work. The service people are good. We reserved three rooms in the hotel but all the rooms that were booked are on different floors. From all these things it make me disappointed from the hotel. Not good for those travelling with family. Price too high.

Rooms were a bit congested for sharing of 5 service was good and location was also ideal 3 to 5 minutes walk from prophets mosque and right outside the hotel you can find pharmacy, grocery store and other shopping as well .

Thankful to Allah for making us choose this hotel in our budget. Stay is worthwhile. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Service is awesome and staff is very responsive. It's on the edge of markaziya so that's one disadvantage but still not far from gate 328 where ladies usually enter from and pray. Worth going for this hotel if you're looking for a budget friendly hotel with clean rooms, courteous staff and prompt response. PS. Breakfast menu is limited so that is something they can work on.

The hotel was average. The staff was not trained and the breakfast was average as well. The dishes should have been labeled so the customers could easily choose what they want The hotel was definitely overpriced. I feel I didn't get my money's worth. The only good thing was the hotel 's location
