Saja Al Madinah

Unfortunately it wasn’t as i expected. The hotel in reality doesn’t match the photos available when booking the rooms. The rooms maintenance and cleanliness isn’t good at all and i am actually amazed how such a hotel claims to be a 5 stars when 2 stars is considered much for it. Despite the fact above, the reception and the maintenance staff are very sweet and respectful. The toiletry towels are dirty “overused” and should be used for floors and not being put as a new towel. The water heater and iron machine both broken and dirty. The sitting chairs have broken legs and we actually requested them to come and fix it. The sofas in the living room are very dirty. The room designs and colors are very random and placement of furniture in the rooms are very disorganized. The air conditioner is very noisy when turned on and seems to be very old. The flushing machine of the toilet didn’t work and we actually fixed it on our own! We rented a family suite and the lights in the corridor of the suite doesn’t turn off!! We have searched every button in the suite and we even asked the staff and none of them knew how to turn them off!! With all that being said, this hotel is not worth the money spent.

We booked two rooms for 8 people Walked in to the rooms with no towels When asked for towels they only provided two for 5 people! Rooms tidy but not clean Dirty walls and discussing smiley dirty bathroom This is a 2-3 stars hotel However the People were polite and trying to help

The hotel was a good size and the bed and bathroom were good sizes. The hotel is close to haram and has plenty of shops around it making it easy to obtain food. Issues include no fridge in the room, have a minibar which doesn't cool anything. The ac is a weird system and doesn't work if you don't know how to use a thermostat system. The elevators are extremely crowded with guests

Professional, friendly staff. Clean room, albeit can be somewhat noisy at times due to other guests activities. Not the hotel's fault. The best thing is it's convenient location close to Masjed Al Nabawi. Approx 7 mins walk. Will stay there again without hesitation. Oh, one criticism. I was charged extra for breakfast, which could have been complementary.

Lovely beach, nice surroundings and clean also with good sound of waves. First time i came here and feel like wanna visit again, specially in beach area with white sand. Parking area, toilet, kids play area and masjid available.
