Location was convenient, however, cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal, could literally tell the rooms had not been cleaned in a long LONG time, some rooms had hair accumulated on the floor, bed and furniture, some rooms had cockroaches/insects and most other rooms just had mess all over the floor and under the bed.
The bathrooms were so loud constantly and didnt allow us to sleep because it actually sounded like someone assaulting the bathroom pipes, i was actually concerned that something was going to explode. We had no water for around 24 hours because of a blockage in the pipes.
The air conditioner filter had so much dust inside it, I have asthma triggered by dust, so my asthma was going wild while i was there. The staff in the dining room were horrible, rude and sat on their phones constantly. The food selection was poor, and when some of my group members first went into their rooms, the beds still hadnt been made from the previous guests! Wifi didn't work here.
The only plus side was that the building looked nice from the outside and the public areas like the corridors/stairway, the lifts came really quick and the hotel is close to the masjid an nabawi. Aside from that, I would NOT recommend.
