This message for Mr Samir and hotel manager. Both ill-mannered and rude I've been traveling for 35 years and have stayed in hotels all over the world. I have never seen a hotel manager who tries to cover up with lies amd is as rude to you. I wanted to talk to the hotel manager to resolve the problem, but he always ran away I have used this hotel for 10 years on all my travels but never again after this.Don’t louse time check other hotels. How whyndam group gave their name to this hotel

Nice hotel for every categories and age’s including parking and nice location and coffee shop and restaurants and hole for meetings nice staff and comfortable receptionist
