The hote was cool but I have one complaint, at breakfast there is only one worker working in all the business outside the kitchen, the business is so much and so hard on him, I hope you take care of him and bring at least one worker to help him, if I'm going to give the hotel five stars it will be all for this worker, I think he's an Indian, I don't know, just give him a reward for his hard work or give him an upgrade. He was very loving and loyal to his work and helped us a lot and never grumbled.!! If this worker see my review I would say thank you so much I was impressed with all the work you did, not every worker will work with all this sincerity and love like you. ???

This hotel was a big disappointment. I usually stay at the Aloft or the Double Tree across the street but decided to give this hotel a try as it was new. The bathrooms are really small and uncomfortable. The water in the shower doesn't drain properly. The breakfast is mediocre at best and there is only one server in the morning at the breakfast who always seems lost. Ordered falafel sandwich from room service, which was yet another disaster. Last time in this hotel for sure.

I must say 10 on 10.. Reception is good and cooperative, 3bed room apartment is huge with lounge and kitchen. Only one improvement i would like to mention is air-conditioning is quite noisy.

New property in a nice location near by Dhahran mall, DTV and a street having plenty of restaurants.. Quiet and cozy.. Rooms well maintained.
