Very good location on main road, Mall and food outlets are nearby.. very nice and we'll maintain rooms.. good value of money..

First time stayed. Overall neat and clean property. Staff is really good with beautiful hospitality smile. Room service was prompt, housekeeping was good too. Only drawback is the washroom. If you take a room with seperate sitting area then the washroom is too small especailly the shower area. Not good and not enough space. Location is very good, easy access to many resturants and food is not an issue. Parking available in basement, if you have big car then becareful when entering in the basement, too tight space for GMC Youkon size to take turn in the basement entry. Overall good property.

A very nice place to stay, away from the usual traffic of jeddah and also there breakfast on the roof is quite nice give a nice veiw of the area

Great place with all what u need .. available play area , swimming pool for kids is the most important thing for me .. amazing services by Rushdi great job ?

Negative points: Worst room service we have ever experienced. We have paid for 4 nights and We have asked for cleaning after 2 nights. Nobody came for cleaning the apartment even after asking twice (by calling in the afternoon around 2 pm & personally at reception around 7 pm) while we out for dinner. When I found "no cleaning" after coming back from dinner, I have called again for cleaning (3rd time) then I got the reply that room service is not available at this time. Eventually, I have decided to reduce our stay and next day we left this hotel and went to the much better Hotel. Positive points. 1. Nice location with underground parking 2. Close to Indian & Pakistani Restaurants. 3. Children's swimming pool.
