A basic room with AC and TV is what you get. It was cleaned properly and the service was good. It is a good value for the money you pay. Airport is 20 mins away.

From the USA to the beautiful city Abha in the south of the Kingdom of Arabia Sudia, we made a reservation in Quarts Hotel they surprised us with their hospitality , easy access, great room, clean and include all appliances for a long staying service, beauty residential family apartments, the receptionist very friendly special Mr. Abo Fadil a nice gentleman makes everything easy after our discussion to extend our stay. l recommend this hotel to all USA individuals or families .

I booked 3 rooms via Oyo and paid the amount, Reached the hotel for check in with the booking ID. They told rooms are full we can't accept your booking. I asked them If so how my bookings was confirmed in oyo. They simply saying this is our rule we won't respect oyo policy. When complained in customer care they also didn't respond properly. Still now didn't get my refund also.

Blankets, beds, bathrooms are not that great. A decent one in that area and good customer service.
