Staff were super nice Sad thing that the gym/spa is only available for men Very fast service, cooperative Rooms are clean and beds very comfy Sea view is good, not wow but good You can also book a room with a balcony and sea view both

A typical 3 star hotel even if given 4 stars. We are traveling often to Dammam for business. Breakfast was good. Had to pay it twice... by Expedia by reservation and second time at the hotel.

I am a guest staying with them for 4 nights. Placed an order from the room service menu, kept on waiting for the same to be sent but after an hour when I call them, they seem to have no clue about the order. What a waste of time! Manager- Please do check that atleast your guests are informed well in time.

Good big rooms. However, buffet and La carte menu was limited and same breakfast menu everyday. Their restuarant servers were cold. Only downside was the food part.

Very good place to spend a night or two for a business place. Have a gym. The hotel is not a luxury however the service is great. The receptionist and staff are helpful, kind and professional.
