The room is perfect but the staff in the receiving aren’t helpful with my luggages. I brought my luggage in my room alone, i was carrying heavy stuff. Some staff are attentive with my needs

Very poor service, water availability was not there always and they even disconnected the Wi-Fi randomly which was offered while booking their room. Cost effective but very bad services.

Dome hotel is is not that good. Ut as a budget hotel and in a prime location and in the center its good enough.

The first room that was assigned to me was very small and smells like a comfort room. I asked the Egyptian front desk to change my room, which he kindly did. I liked how he manages the front desk, he was helpful, considerate and professional. The night shift front desk officer was unwelcoming; I think he needs to train more on how to deal with costumers in a more professional manner. Overall, the location of the hotel was great with a restaurant beside it with delicious food and nearby coffee shops.
