I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Nawaf at the reception made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

FABULOUS! one of the best hotels I have been to.. clean rooms and helpful staffs, special thanks to Mr. Nawaf. The only drawback could be the parking area . Surely will revisit and recommend you to do so as well.

The security guard is very unprofessional,dont know how to talk .i park my car on the gate to pickup my guest from hotel and he was about to come but security ask me to move car to go outside the gate ,i tried to explain but he say laaa move ?. Please bring some professional guys.

The rooms and location is quite good. Food was not that tasty as compared to other hotels in Yanbu.
