Very bad experience, cats entered my accommodation 3 times in Row. Reception staff (specifically an agyptian guy named Mahmoud was the worst experience of the entire resort). When I placed my negative feedback, he lashed out and became very aggressive indealing with my complaint. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all

Cozy place. Great for small families. The staff are cooperative and respectful. For sure will consider booking it again.

A Best place to be with the best staff especially Mr. Gaser in the reception, it's a best place with high professional security personnel, both day shift and night shift, the security guards are the best also and very tactiful . For the help of Mr. Gase r am looking forward to visit the place again

One of the greatest chalets in Riyadh. Luxurious, clean and very nice in and outdoors. The staff are very friendly especially Jasser! He was so helpful and cooperative. Thank you for the great stay!

The resort was very nice, clean, modern. Very good for escaping busy city. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return again!
