The staff was good and helpful and was quick to respond to our needs. Bedsheets,pillow covers towels were clean. Location is very good.

Decent hotel, happy with my stay. Room was a bit small but did the work. Fridge and kettle was available. They also gave free bottle water. masjid Nabi was in walking distance to the hotel. Less than 5 mins walk and you are there. There are mini stores nearby and basic burger/shawarma place. For decent restaurants, it would be at least 10 mins walk. Hotel itself has restaurants. Bed was comfortable. However, reception staff should improve attitude. There was no smile and no welcoming attitude. Didn’t meet normal hotel standards

Hotel opposite gate no 314 of Haram. Behind Al Salam museum. Best service. Best location. Haram view from rooms.

Location of this hotel is amazing and this is my second visit , last year I visited same hotel with my family and allhumdulilah this year I booked it again . Because of location (2nd building near Gate no 316 bab Al Salam) i don't care about other facilities of this hotel. Allhumdulilah I didn't face any issue . Reception and other Staff is also good 👍

Really good location and good breakfast. Room look outdated but for the price and location. I was willing to overlook because you are not in the hotel all day . Just to sleep and use restroom
