Amazing hotel with continuous improvements. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and nice facilities. specially housekeeping department it was very good service it was very good cleaning was a very good and staf all friendly special housekeeping room boy kanon ali he is a vary humble guy.

A beautiful hotel set on a well travelled road. The service is excellent, the rooms beautiful, and food is very well prepared. Would definitely recommend.

A very nice hotel with humongous rooms - one of the largest rooms that I have seen. It is easily the size of two to three normal size hotel rooms. Rooms are well appointed with a queen size bed, plenty of storage and large TV. The bathroom has both a shower stall and tub which is a nice touch. Breakfast is standard stuff found in most hotels with live egg station. The only issue is location which is a bit out of town - unless you are there for the university it will be a bit of chore getting into the city for any meals or meetings. Check in team were polite and quick.

1-old 2- my curtains in the room was ripped 3-the room was dirty they didn’t clean it 4- they refused to give me a late check out 5- the refused to give me a half a day even though I was willing to pay 6- it’s very far 7-it didn’t feel safe as a female or a mail the locked was not working 8- I will not be staying with them asking as a Saudi
