Our experience in this hotel (if you can call it a hotel) was awful!! I don’t recommend it at all. The service is nonexistent , the restaurant was closed and I ordered delivery and they didn’t allow him to bring the food to my room or send it with one of their staff! And when I complained they told me to take it up to the management who weren’t they to be reached. The receptionists are not well established to handle clients at all, they talk to you in a bad way If you are looking for a lovely stay in arar and a good service this hotel is not your choice!!

Unfortunately, vice prince guards have kicked coffee bar visitors out, even it’s public place and everybody has right to access. It’s really shame and surely, this doesn’t express prince behavior.

Our experience in this hotel was awful!! I don’t recommend it at all. The service is really slow, you don’t have the basic needs in the room and when you ask for it , it takes the housekeeping for ever to bring it and THATS IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM!! The receptionists are not well established to handle clients at all, they talk to you in a bad way , they lack manner and respect and they even hung up the phone in my face when I was asking for something politely. If you are looking for a lovely stay in arar and a good service THIS HOTEL SHOULD NEVER BE YOUR CHOICE GUYS STAY AWAY!!
