Le Méridien Medina

Absolutely loved our stay at the Le Méridien Medina hotel - the property was extremely impressive and luxurious all around, the suite we stayed in was extremely elegant and comfortable, the breakfast and the Haram shuttle were excellent, the mosque in the courtyard was absolutely perfect, and the staff at the hotel were phenomenal in their customer service, making an already exciting stay in this blessed city that much better! Salman, Saleh, Fahad, Bassam, and Isra were all tremendous in assisting us throughout the stay, and Salman really went out of his way with a genuine and masterclass level of customer service - he is clearly really talented in the hospitality management game mashaaAllah and we are very appreciative for how welcomed he made me and my mother feel during the stay. Mazen at Le Cafe was another one who really stuck out and impressed us with how genuine and sharp he was, and he also went out of his way to get us a cake ready within 1 hour, as we suddenly got invited to a local friend’s house that evening and needed a gift. Mohamed at concierge was also really helpful the entire stay! Thank you Le Méridien Medina team for a memorable stay, I will definitely be back inshaaAllah!

Needs maintenance, bathroom ceiling leaks with bad smells. TV is not working, no channels. Internet connectivity is intermittent and wifi. signal is weak. Far from shops and transportation, or taxies. Pressure water in shower not that strong. In summery I spent one month, with bad experience. I do not recommend. one hour to change the nasty room

Great hotel. Made a last minute booking and the staff were very good. Rooms were comfortable and I will definitely stay again.

Le Meridien will be suitable for people that are in the special category because ot the restrictions applied in the holy city of Madinah. Otherwise its location it is far away from the center and the Madinah Haram. To be honest i am not satisfied from the whole facilities and services, the hotel looks old and most of the set ups seem out dated. For examble the breakfast it is not a suitable breakfast for a 5 star hotel, the same applies for the rooms. It will be ok for a business trip but not for longer stay.

It was a peaceful stay for a work trip, staff were polite and attentive Special thanks to Mr.Salman at the front office for a smooth check in and out.
