Staffs were fantastic and very welcoming, first time staying after New management took over. The manager himself came to ask about stay. The value for money was outstanding in such a prime location. Area of improvement, house keeping is good but their presence is not visible. Food options were very few. Rooms and toilets were good, clean and elegan quality of bed linen can be improved.

Need more attention on cleaning and other internal services like pool, gym, buffet food, etc. Smell can be improved as well. Pool not working, gym not working, buffet not working, so why i book 4 stars?????

It's a 4 star but old building / rooms... You can find the paint ripped from several areas. The wall of the room is dirty.

Very very bad... i called to inquire for the room rate but the people in reception dont know how to speak english and NO one could speak in english. I dont know why you have this hotel ?
