Customer service was non existent. When you enter the hotel you have to use the lift to get to reception. Receptionist Mishal had no customer service skills. The carpets in the corridors were filthy. Surfaces in the room had dust, random wires hanging out. Kettle in the room but was told at reception they don’t have any drinks or refreshments in the room…. The bathroom was nice. Pool was out of service for the duration of my stay. If you’re on a budget then the hotel is okayish, if you can afford to spend a little more than book a different hotel.

Need more attention on cleaning and other internal services like pool, gym, buffet food, etc. Smell can be improved as well. Pool not working, gym not working, buffet not working, so why i book 4 stars?????

It's a 4 star but old building / rooms... You can find the paint ripped from several areas. The wall of the room is dirty.
