One of the best hotels in Taif. very clean and staff especially bilal are very helpful. The location is convenient in the heart of Taif. Basement parking was very tight and they dont provide access card to open the gate. Every time to enter or go out must tell the receptionist, unless they saw your car in cctv

Great location and friendly staff, they want to make sure you have everything that you need. The rooms are well maintained and very clean and beds and mattress are of high quality and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and everyone is welcoming. There is plenty of parking spaces. Overall wonderful stay The location is excellent, close to all shops and malls. The staff is of the highest morals and hospitality, eager to serve and satisfy guests. The rooms are clean and tidy, especially the bed and mattress. The hotel lobby is beautiful and elegant. There is plenty of parking Nice and enjoyable stay!! I hope to continue providing such high quality service. ?

We did interior design for this hotel but they didn't pay to us! very unprofessional guys they are. We spent more than 3 month on designing this hotel and they were satisfied but they didn't pay at the end and we think that they are not right persons.
