IHG hotels are always well maintained. Nice hotel and location is good too. The best thing about the hotel is, it has Starbucks just beside the hotel's restaurant. Staff is polite.

Mr. Yaser is very helpful and nice he always makes sure that we stay in the best rooms every time we visit tabuk he also organizes meeting rooms for our company and makes everything so smooth. Shereen on the front desk is very nice and caring overall i would never want to stay in another hotel when i visit tabuk this one is the best and has the best employees!

Service from Yasir Alsharif was outstanding. He was always available with a smile and willing to help with any needs of our group stay. Some of my group were unable to see themselves in the bathroom mirrors as they are so high. However rooms were clean and tidy and fresh and modern

I ate dinner with my friends last week and we enjoyed the variety of food that was served. The foods were delicious. Your staff Farhan made our visit even more special, he was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We would definitely come back and recommend your restaurant. Thank you Holiday Inn

The benefit of staying there the IHG rewards and points. the rooms it wasn’t clean when I checked in. the housekeepers can’t speak or understand English or Arabic it was default to explain for them my needs. The breakfast not so many options for healthy ppl 4/10 Thank you Maher he was nice and polite reception staff.
