A basic IHG with very little to shout about. On the plus side it offers clean rooms with a decent bathroom, the reception and room service team are super freindly and helpful and the sound proofing was actually really good However the room was dark with very little natural light, there is very little in the way of TV channels nor is the TV capable of mirroring or receiving a cast from your phone, housekeeping did not refresh the room nor replace the water and the food ordered from room service was really not good.. I would stay there again as my expectations are set now.

Old hotel, staff are cooperative & friendly but the place requires renovation. Price is high for the level of the hotel Specially with the new hotels around It AC in room 310 makes a very loud noise making it difficult to sleep

It wasn’t first time at this hotel but first time this holy Ramdan. The service is not bad, place is nice and food variability is ok but not the best.
