Great Hotel!! The staff was wonderful and very welcoming ! Unfortunately I don’t remember their names but they are super friendly!! The room was okay but the view was mesmerizing.

We really enjoyed and appreciated our recent stay here. The number one thing for us was how friendly, welcoming and kind and understanding the staff were (especially the receptionists). This was something we did not experience at other hotels we stayed at in Saudi Arabia so it was refreshing to be treated with respect. Definitely reccomend if staying in Jeddah!

The best hotel if you want to stay next to the airport. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean. And the prices are really good compared to other hotels on the same area. Definitely recommend and coming again for sure. Thank you holiday inn staff for your generous hospitality.

Masha'Allah, from the front desk Ms.Areej was very friendly and she gave me and my son free breakfast. Inside the hotel has a very pleasant smell. Can't wait to come back here again with all the family.

The rooms are little bit small and the bathrooms are very small. The services are fair and the staff in total are great and helpful. The swimming pool is nice but not deep, sometimes it is not that clean. The outer parking lots are few and the sun will make you regret staying at this hotel. The inner parking lots are very very very narrow and if you have a sedan it may stuck at the exit or at least you will have some scratches and hits from under. The food is fair. The fridges are too small and usually not that cold. The view is bad so don't pay more for it.
