The room that was given to me was dirty and i asked to change they refused alleging that there was no room. Room services and housekeeping never answered the phone.. there was also no heat water in the shower. I asked they said the heater is not working and is under Maintinance.. i dont recommend at all. However, the reception staff are nice

The location of this hotel is good for my visit. The 8th floor is clean... I don't know about other floors

Had such a lovely stay, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, special thank you to Naif made our stay much more pleasant

I stayed in this hotel for I think 3 times or 4 times already it was old but it was organized especially the saudi lady receptionist who was so professional and considerate as well. I stayed with my family and we had fun the fitness club and the pool and the room were clean.

Topa class service. There are many things that could be better but people and help is fantastic. Food could be better for a 4 stars Hotel. No restaurant for night, while HolidayInn always has.
