Best place I've stayed so far in the kingdom. Great staff and very social. Excellent central location surrounded by amenities

Pretty good average hotel. The only problem was the fact that not all rooms have the same features even though they are the same price. We booked 2 rooms that connect to each other and one room has an old tv and mini fridge and one has a new tv and mini fridge. The pool is nice and the cafe is good, there is also a play area for kids. I was going to rate it 3 stars but I gave an extra star because the internet is fast and powerful.

Good so far , as for service there has been maintenance for the door as it opens itself without a card and waited 30 minutes for the maintenance to come... Requested additional towels although took more than 20 minutes with several approaches to secure till finally got 2 additional rather than 4 requests - a gold member rated as we asked for late check out and unfortunately they rejected... Could've been better for such Hotel reputation

The room I was in had constant noise from what sounded like the air conditioning unit even if it was switched off! Traffic noise was high from the main road. There was construction work going on. Water temperatures and pressure very variable. On the positive the food was nice and the staff were great

My experience isn't staying but attending a corporate meeting held at the ball room. The room seems old and outdated and the audio video experience was horrible. We barley could hear the speaker due to weak speakers and faulty mics and the projector image was so faded. All around the meeting experience was negative due to poor facility. The food was fine though.
