Very very bad service ?? no one book this hotel my suggestions rooms small, washroom small, cleaning staff not come for room clean our room garbage ?️ my self through out by myself. Reception person not understand English if any issue regarding room he said call # 7 from room & attendance said you searching cleaning person by your self

Room size comparable to an aircraft cubicle. Room service negligent. Bathroom size is the size of the lavatories on the aircraft. Elevators only 3 in number for a hotel with 13 floors and hundreds of guests. And the surprise is that the elevators go only down, they don't go up except from the ground floor. Room amenities are not available. Tried calling Room service for 2 hours, but to no avail. Had booked 2 rooms in advance, but the rooms were not available upon arrival. It was a great hassle especially that we were traveling with 3 elderly parents. Be careful to get into the elevator at least half an hour before salah time or else one will miss salah at the haram. The only saving grace for this hotel is its location which is 50 steps from gate number 338 of the holy haram. They have put in 4 beds in a room size that could accommodate only 2 beds. Highly cramped and no room to even move around. We were practically playing musical chairs with the beds. Overall experience worse than poor.

I am so disappointed with Golden Tulip Al Zahbi ? Rooms v small, room service zero ? On asking they were giving water, tea cups, In washroom there were insects ?? I am really v v sad and disappointed with this... Will never come again and recommend anyone ??? Only only location is best as its just upfront of Gate No 338...

Please beaware the rooms are very small. Clean and nice though. Meals were ok, outstanding location. Right infront of mosque

The room was really very very small and bathroom si,e is compatible to Aircraft toilet. The bad was so small that my 6 ft husband didn't fit In. We checked In after Isha and moved out follwing Morning to another hotel. But the worst part of this hotel is their food. Neither quality nor quality. Every thing was so bad from salad to dessert. The food was not even hot. Value for money is 0 out of 10. There are much better and cheaper hotels just across the road.
