Worst experience. AC noisy like hell and is on top of your head. Hot water problem. Not recommended at all

Worst experience I have ever had. From 1 towel and 1 toilet roll for three guests and beg to get more...shower sprays the entire bathroom,broken toilet, air conditioner does not work and no housekeeping unless you ask ( towels are a hot commodity so they are always out)

Really bad experience.. The bathroom has a horrible smell, clogged sink, dirty carpet, uncomfortable pillows, old furniture and the receptionist wasn’t there when we arrived. سيء جداً ما انصحكم فيه ..

Bad smell in rooms likely due to poor ventilation / poorly cleaned carpets (hygiene issue?). Did not get the room I booked the first night I was there. Stayed in 3 rooms during 4 nights. One of the receptionists was not seen wearing mask anytime during 5 days stay there. No one checking the temperature at entrance. Not a great option to stay in during COVID due to poor compliance with protocols and likely ventilation problem. Definitely not 4 star. Rooms otherwise clean. Central location.
