Great stay at Elaf al Taqwa hotel in Madinah. The rooms were clean and service was top notch. Al-Haram is not too far from the hotel. Shoutout to the hotel staff, esp. Mr Fawaz at the reception who helped with some last minute requests. We will stay here for sure next time.

Our second year staying here. The staff is very courteous. We had a problem with our AC unit not working and they tried to fix it for days but it didn't work. They did offer to change the room and apologized several times, we opted to stay in the room as we didn't want to pack and unpack again as by that time we had one and a half day left. Aside from this, no other issue.

I think I should give this hotel five star, why? Because very helpful staff, clean hotel and room, five mins walk to Masjid e Nabwi SW, many shops and restaurants close by etc. This hotel brand new to me as my son booked it and he said it’s really good. Their breakfast menu is great. I highly recommend this and hope to stay here again insahAllah after a year or two. I stayed here in August 2023, recently. Kabinur housekeeping person was very cooperative and always clean our room as requested and provide anything we need.

Excellent hotel with great staff. The cleaning service is second to none. Really great employee Yaseen took care of our room and he is the best that I have seen. Have been to a lot of hotels in Madinah but this is probably the best one we have stayed in

Great experience at this hotel. I stayed here for visiting Masjid Nabawwi.. Staff at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Free breakfast with variety of dishes. I would love to stay here over and over each time I visit Madinah.
