Dream moment for hotel apartments

For the second time they canceled my booking just one day before the check in, although they deducted the money. The reason was the owner wants his apartment which is not convincing and not professional at all. I don’t recommend dream inn apartments to anyone because they are not professional. I will never trust dream inn at all

Very disappointing! They cancelled our booking same day of our checked in. We reserved and paid the room already beforehand but they cancelled same time we are here to check in. No one is assisting also in reception or even the higher management telling they can not do anything as the room we paid have already guests inside. Its a bulls*** .why they cancelled a room which is reserved and paid already and gave to someone else? Not recommending any Dream Inn Apartment to anyone. Its totally disappointing.

we have problems from the very beginning. at first we were given only one key to the apartment, but we indicated that 3 people would live. After check in there was a strong smell of cigarettes. sofa with cigarette holes. plumbing in terrible condition. in the kitchen, only boiling water comes out of the tap and there is no cold water. the refrigerator does not work, we reported it. they sent us specialists who do not know how to repair either plumbing or a refrigerator at all and were told to call the support service themselves. also, water is leaking in one of the toilets from under the sink and it is not possible to use it. The landlord has not yet resolved the issue. we lost all the products that were bought for our parents. the apartment does not match the description, as much is in a terrible state and cannot be used.

Baaaaad experience. I reserved through Booking for my Family and it was a real bad experience, the rooms were smelly and no reception . they moved to other hotel and asked for refund but they rejected our order. I do not recommend them at all.

The apartment we got had 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 bathroom and one toilet room. The three of them had problems. One with a leaking roof of drain water. One with a blocked wash basin and one with a broken toilet seat. We complained to the management and requested to be transferred to a different unit, instead they sent plumbers to fix the problems, keeping us waiting in the room for hours. Again we pointed out that we were only staying for two nights and have no time to waste waiting and that we needed our privacy and need to be transferred. Although they promised to look into the matter yet they failed to relocate us. Additionally there were ants the the rooms. It was a very bad and distressing experience for us at this hotel. On checking out we had to wait for an hour to get our deposit back. Horrible communication. No apologies received from the management for this bad experience.
