The best hotel to choose if you want to relax. All the staff are very friendly & the breakfast is very good. Especially to carl in the restaurant when it comes to hospitality & taking care of the guest he is the best.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for almost 10 years, usually 2-3 weeks at a time - the staff have always been super friendly and helpful, especially the team in the restaurant (shoutout to Omar). Food in the restaurant and room service is typical hotel international fair, but generally good quality. The hotel itself is definitely beginning to show its age, especially in the rooms where the fixtures and fittings can best be described as tired and depending on what room you get things can be broken or require maintenance. The gym in the basement is another place were some renovation is needed, the basics are there but a lot of the machines need some loving care. But again the staff do a great job of keeping the rooms and common areas of the hotel clean and I have found almost everyone to be attentive to any requests or complaints.

The hosting of carl is really good. Appreciate his efforts and never faded smile which definitely feels good and happy.Carl make us very comfortable and help us in every way he can. Jawed at the reception also help us to resolve any problem we had regarding rooms.

Great motel, rooms showing some aging because of the maintenance staff do not seem to have the skills to keep it up the way it was made. The food is good to ok. Remember I am reviewing the food from an American point of view.

My stays here have always been pleasant. Location is convenient, rooms are clean and the hotel has a nice overall aesthetic. Staff are usually very helpful and pleasant. But on my last checkout the overally casual attitude at the front desk wasn't appreciated. No need to go overboard, but understand that there's a level of formality required in this type of interaction.
