Vary nice! quit and relaxing lots of activities for family and children wonderful for ladies in mater of privacy villas are spacious it has a mini market . completely wonderful. I recommend it for you guys ???

Our expectations were exceeded and it was an amazing experience to be amongst other internationals from Europe. The staff were excellent and professional. The chefs at each restaurant were engaging and friendly. The all-inclusive aspect of the resort was beyond amazing and the hotel was very accommodating when we were not sure about our first room. You went above and beyond to accommodate us and found us a great room in the end.

Excellent facilities, attractive landscaping. Standard breakfast menu with a standard quality, Oriental dinner restaurant has an excellent variety of items on a daily basis with a great taste, lunch menu doesn't have the same varieties and quality, Food court meets with a standard snack restaurant quality and menu items. Large comfortable room with high ceilings. Various leisure activities. Several restaurants to choose. Large beach with a lot of sun loungers. The place is amazing the staff were friendly. Thank you for making our stay great.

I went to the women's beach and it was worst experience of my life as I haven't seen any of the inexperienced and uneducated manager ever at a place . Her name was like Reem or Reen I didn't get it exactly. The point I want to discuss is , first of all her approach was so poor and following her attitude and behaviour was so rude even she can't talk properly and guide the visitors.I have asked her about the car service and she was like I don't kno just wait later again she's saying the same while her voice has raised. Me and my kids had been waiting there like around 2 hours while the kids were so hungry she can't even help me to order the food and then she just directed me to other employees there to ask them as she said she don't kno and u can ask others.She should not be at the place of a manager if she doesn't kno anything. So immature attitude and so unprofessional to be honest. (On behalf of my wife)
