Review of conference room and lobby. Did not spend the night. Excellent new hotel, very clean and nice. Staff were very welcoming. Conference room was really good and nice. Had two screens which were very helpful.

We had our Eid dinner. It was the worse experience I ever had in an open buffet. All the drinks were removed compared to previous years. Half of the salad recipes were missed. The food was terrible and tasteless, and around 10 options only were available for the main dishes. The sweet was shocking, just like the remaining of Ramadan not even one tart or cake or cheesecake!! it was only Arabic desserts besides tasteless macrons. Our kids only enjoyed the meringue. For the first time I see hotel only offer melon in the fruit bar!!, they did not think of any other option (mango, kiwi, apple, banana, or strawberry). We were a big family who was sorry to spend more than 4000SR on such food.

The Ramadan Breakfast buffet was amazing experience with my family. The atmosphere was fabulous. Buffet variety was superior and the freshness of the food rarely when you find a buffet that serve fresh and delicious foods everyday. Lastly, the service was the best ever and

How come I didn't visit this amazing Hotel. Had iftaar today at the hotel restaurant, one of the best and full filling experience at this lovely place. Amazing staff , from the security staff, to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, amazing people, amazing food, and Charming atmosphere. I really liked the place. Thank you for making our Day great. As they say Great people to Iftaar with.
