A very nice and tidy hotel, and the staff at the reception are very wonderful. As for the restaurant, it is very beautiful, and the seating around the restaurant is comfortable. I would like to thank brother Ahmed Al-Zahrani, who works in the coffee shop Polite person and was quick to place the order .

It's my first time time to Jeddah and the hotel is convenient to travel to from the airport and is about 20 minutes away from the city centre. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. And due to a small misunderstanding (no fault of their own) we were upgraded to the executive suite. The room is modern, spacious and clean. From the 6th floor we had a great view of the airport and seeing planes land and take off (if you like that kind of thing). A great hotel.

I have hosted my engagement party at their hall and it was beyond beautiful and elegant thanks to Ms. Hams who supervised and managed the whole event. Ms. Hams provided an excellent service and made sure for this event to exceed our expectations in its classiness not only for me and my family but for my guests as well! Very much recommended ??
