Had a visit with family on founding day holiday. Despite advance booking, hotel staff asked for extra money and denied room. After spending 2 hrs on reception and countless calls, had to pay twice of rent amount than to original. Rooms are old and smells like smoke House. No refills of toiletries and cleaning if u are stating over 1 day. Rude staff and will not recommend at any cost

The problem is the service and reception desk staff The Egyptian guy is nice and helpful but other people are good for nothing
