One star is too much, very poor experience, on my arrival they suddenly told me ur booking is cancelled and no more room available, theb agreed to give me other room on doubt the price... no water in rooms, broken bed, bed bugs, dust everywhere , messed up ... I was wondering this was premium room , how would be their normal rooms 🤔 😅

This hotel is ugly, no one even cleans the room, then even if you complain about the excessive noise outside, the management will do nothing, just pay quickly

Kitchen not clean Fridge freezes food not cool it Microwave not working . Bedroom sheets smell Bathroom never cleaned before WiFi says 400mb on paper, it's 6mb And do not reach inside You have to sit next to exit door to send a message Electric port only 1 in each room, you either watch TV or charge your phone TV only 6 channels . . NOT RECOMMENDED!! You can get much better for much cheaper And this is a lie!! ???

Bed sheets and pillows are dirty, when I asked to change it they said ok after 1 hour and then they didn’t provide and said not available. Not clean hotel, not recommended, not professional staff.
