Frankly, it is one of the best hotels in Riyadh in terms of services, speed of response and cleanliness, especially a cleaner named Babu who is helpful and polite, professional and fast in his work. The food is also beautiful and varied. Even the reception staff is very cooperative and respectful. Thanks and good luck everyone ??

Overall experience has been good and especially the breakfast has been commendable. I will always remember Danish for his excellent customer service approach to all guest in the hotel

My overall experience was good. The room is clean and nice , but super small for two persons. The bathroom reminded me with the airplane bathrooms since the space is very limited. In addition to the unpleasant smell in the toilet.

This is a top class hotel. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are great. The gym and the pool on the top floor are my favourite places to relax. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and Amgad who served us always polite and helpful. Sobuj cleaned my room to a very high standard and always had a smile on his face to brighten my mood!

It’s good overall, but service is poor! I asked for my laundry and it came one hour later! I asked for room service and I came back with the same condition! And during the checkout time I asked for one more day the guy told me to come downstairs to pay, I told him I will come but give me 1 hour and I’ll come, then he called the phone over 6 times and my personal number 3 times, and then came to knock on the door during that one hour!
