My overall experience was good. The room is clean and nice , but super small for two persons. The bathroom reminded me with the airplane bathrooms since the space is very limited. In addition to the unpleasant smell in the toilet.

This is a top class hotel. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are great. The gym and the pool on the top floor are my favourite places to relax. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and Amgad who served us always polite and helpful. Sobuj cleaned my room to a very high standard and always had a smile on his face to brighten my mood!

It’s good overall, but service is poor! I asked for my laundry and it came one hour later! I asked for room service and I came back with the same condition! And during the checkout time I asked for one more day the guy told me to come downstairs to pay, I told him I will come but give me 1 hour and I’ll come, then he called the phone over 6 times and my personal number 3 times, and then came to knock on the door during that one hour!

The hotel was so nice and clean.. the staff they are so friendly and also in the dining area for breakfast are clean the food was so nice and the staff danish his so friendly and assisting good and also the other staff. Thank you for my nice experice here in the hotel. I really love it and enjoy. Thanks again

Nice place..I love the staffs..Mr.Alsaadi and Mr.Gad remains my favourite?..The dinner at the hotel was delicious and refined made with quality ingredients..A must try 4sure.. The breakfast time was great with loads of variety.Mr.Amgad so caring and helpful..we love him.. Overall a big thumbs up! Recommended..
