The room is neat quite and clean. The sofa and the chair are very comfortable and the AC is super nice. The receptionist is humble, polite and very helpful and informative. I like how they welcome their guests and how they explain every thing to them prior to checking in. Internet connection is good lacks sometimes but not bad considering hotel coverage. Food menu is expensive but a man shall not think of moeny when he is hungry. However there are restaurants near by. Love it and recommend it.

I really enjoy the place, it's a go to for me whenever I travel to Jeddah. The best thing about this hotel is the personnel, always friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Salim, who's there every morning when I hit the gym :)

The crew is super friendly and it reflects on the service, they are very welcoming and helpful. Also the pool is enjoyable especially with the help of Salim who makes sure that you receiving a five stars experience.

It was good stay in this hotel,We spent 3 days,and loved,staff are friendly. Gym and Pool was nice,clean and Salim and Bahasan was amazing,he helped us a lot , Smothly checkin bith night reception manager Bahasan,we booked 41 rooms and he managed everyhting fast and correctly,we didint had to wait ,he did his Job perfectly,I would highly recommend you to stay in this hotel,house keeping was good

Stayed here for work. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Rooms were very nice. Food was good. Pool area on the roof was also lovely. Starbucks in the reception was slow but much appreciated.
