This is the 3rd time I book a none smoking room and when i get to the hotel they say the last room was just given to someone... if that's so why did I book the none smoking room in the first place !!! I'm not recommending this hotel at all if you have special reservations needs forgot about getting them.

Absolute great value of money. Great location, the rooms are on point, not very big not very small, well equipped and the housekeeping is great. Reception team are very professional (kudos to hasan), check in and check out were gery smooth. I didn't try the breakfast buffet but i had a look at it and it looked great. Will definetly check in there anytime i have a visit to jeddah.
